The villas are spaced for privacy, but on a still Granite Belt night sound carries further than you'd think.

• Quiet hours: 10pm–7am. Outdoor speakers off after 10.
• The gazebo at night is for a whispered glass under the stars, not a party.
• Celebrating something? Tell us — we can move things around so nobody minds.
